soniaBelgian national, before joining Alcor Executive, Sonia Rucquoy was Director of the Human Resources Consulting Department at PwC Luxembourg. She also worked for many years as Director of the Luxembourg office of Galilei, part of the Randstad Group specializing in HR consulting, assessment and career management. Sonia has a degree in interpretation and economy, and is certified as a trainer and expert in the SHL assessment methodology, MBTI tests (Myers Briggs Type Indicators) and Insights, as well as career coaching and systemic approaches. She started her professional career in academics and has been a lecturer and project manager in Belgium, Spain and Vietnam for 10 years.

KimDutch national, with over 15 years of professional experience, Kim van Leeuwen started as a Work and Organizational Consultant in Amsterdam after which she continued to work for the steel giant ArcelorMittal in Paris and in Luxembourg in the Corporate Human Resources department. She has a considerable experience in defining and implementing HR policies such as Performance Management, Leadership Programs, Talent Programs and Succession Planning, but also as Head of Human Resources for 2 production plants, all acquired in an international and multi-cultural context. As a Work and Organizational psychologist, today she is the founding partner of the company "Boost ‘n Bloom" in Luxembourg and works as an independent consultant for Alcor Executive. She is also a CEB-SHL™ certified professional. Clients benefit from her experience and know-how to implement tailor-made programs that will increase the performance and productivity of their employees while decreasing direct personnel expenses.

RenatoLuxembourg national, Renato has more than 20 years of experience in human resources. Founding partner of Alcor Executive, his activities mainly focus on Executive Search, Career Transition and Psychometric Assessment, being a CEB-SHL™ certified professional. His career in HR started in 1994 as a consultant for the Randstad Group and HR Business Partner for Arthur Andersen before joining the steel giant ArcelorMittal as HR Manager in 2002. In this role he started being responsible for recruitment activities in Luxembourg as well as the operational management of the overstaffing redeployment unit (CDR) before being appointed as Human Resources Manager for 2 production plants. He then came back to a corporate function in charge for Sourcing and Recruitment for Western Europe. Before leaving the group for his current role, he also participated in the implementation of the restructuring plan of the corporate functions of the steel group in Luxembourg.

He started his career in the Luxembourg operations of Aims Executive Search, a global network of head-hunter agencies. He is now Partner at Alcor Executive and focuses on Executive Search, Talent Sourcing strategies, New Technology in HR and Psychometric Assessment, being a CEB-SHL™ certified professional and system administrator. Karim’s main strengths lie in his strong academic background in Psychology combined with a sound understanding of business Information Systems, and several years of experience in Executive Search, Career Transition and HR projects, mostly in global corporate environments.
